NATIONAL SHOOTING SPORTS FEDERATION
SHOT SHOW

I've decided to make a page just for Shot Show Coverage now that things have escalated to a whole new level of awesome for me. My brother and I plan to return again...and again...and probably again. It was that much fun!
Just to give you a little bit of background on what this event is all about, here's what I copied & subsequently pasted from the the official website:
"The National Shooting Sports Foundation is the trade association for the firearms industry. Its mission is to promote, protect and preserve hunting and the shooting sports. Formed in 1961, NSSF has a membership of more than 5,500 manufacturers, distributors, firearms retailers, shooting ranges, sportsmen's organizations and publishers. For more information, log on to www.nssf.org."
What I've done below is to organize my coverage of this incredible event by each year that I attend, and then by booth. In some cases, one booth will be broken up into several pages due to the high volume of awesome stuff they had all in one place. Plus, the search engines will like my site better if I show more pages on the grid. Just being honest. Click on the text or image link below for whatever peaks your curiosity.

My 3rd Trip
Gonna be honest. I was farely underwhelmed this year. Yes, I saw some cool stuff. But do I feel like anything really blew me out of the water? Not really. It could very well be that I have pretty good connections with several recognizeable exhibitors there and had a pretty good idea of what I'd see ahead of time, but I was figuring that no one was going to tell me everything ahead of time. I was expecting a few more surprises.
Anyway, sorry to start off with a downer. There was a number of cool things to see, so I will show them to you here.

My 2nd Trip
Wow. After attending Shot Show for the first time in 2011, Shot Show 2012 not only met, but exceeded my expectations of greatness. I had an outstanding time, met some incredibly huge contacts and saw some awesome guns. Oh yea, there were some hot girls with guns there as well. Even though I definitely felt more comfortable about what I was doing this year for media coverage and for networking with people, in reflecting upon the week in my own internal AAR, I definitely learned a number of things that I will most certainly want to address for next year to do it even bigger and better than the two years prior.
So I will try to add as much content as I possibly can here, but the majority of it will end up first, on the Insight Interactive YouTube Channel, www.Airsoft-Squared.com and the Pyramyd Airsoft Blog. I am going to try and utilize this space as a means to feature all the coverage I got in one centralized location, but we shall see how much time I will be permitted. Since, unfortunately, I make ZERO dollars from this site at present, it would behoove me to neglect the work that DOES keep food on the table and diapers on my son's butt. But I will do the best I can.
Perhaps the biggest marquee item among all the vendors in the Airsoft industry was the KWA KRISS Vector GBB SMG.
Naturally, my goal was to get an interview with one of the KWA reps as soon as I could on the first day of the show, because I knew that pretty much everyone and their brother attending Shot Show for Airsoft purposes would be making a mad dash for the KWA booth to be the first to get a look at the actual prototype.

My Maiden Voyage

I traveled to The Vegas for Shot Show 2011 and had the good fortune of attending said Show of Shot with the ultimate wingman, my brother, Todd. It was our first experience with the mega-super-giant gun show and soon realized that nothing could have prepared us for the epic journey we were about to embark upon. We met many of the biggest names in the Airsoft Industry and talked with some real steel companies as well, saw some awesome new products and got a metric ton of photos to share with you here. Some of those photos include the infamous Shot Show Booth Babes, thanks to Todd. While my wife would tell you that I'm a bit of a whore, it's actually Todd that is better with the ladies, so I tasked him with Booth Babe Photo Management and he excelled beyond my expectations. All galleries will be added below in good time.
SOOOO Much More to Come...Good things come to those who wait.
